This document (together with all the documents mentioned in it) establishes the conditions governing the use of this website (www.yourjoy.es) and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter the “Conditions”).
We would ask you to read these Conditions carefully before using this website. When you use this website or place an order on it, you consent to being bound by these Conditions and by our Legal Notice. As a result, if you do not agree with all these Conditions and the Legal Notice you must not use this website. These Conditions may be amended.
It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the Conditions in force at the time an order is placed or, failing these, the website usage conditions, are applicable. If you have any questions related to the conditions or the Data Protection Legal Notice, you can contact us using our contact form or via our Customer Care service (firstname.lastname@example.org). The contract may be concluded, as you wish, in any of the languages in which the Conditions are available on this website.
When you use this website and place orders using it, you pledge:
1. To use this website only for legally valid queries or orders.
2. Not to place any false or fraudulent orders. If we have reason to believe that an order of this kind has been placed, we are authorised to cancel it and to inform the relevant authorities.
If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. When you place an order via this website, you state that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to make contracts.
The items offered via this website will be available internationally.
To place an order, you will have to follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorise payment”. You will then receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). We will also inform you by e-mail when your order has been sent (the “Shipping Confirmation”).
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties concerning the supply of products or if there are none of the items you ordered left in stock, we will refund any amount you have paid.
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website, depending on the destination and, in all cases, within a maximum of 30 days counted from the Order Confirmation date.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this situation and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Bear in mind that under no circumstances can we make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it is understood that there has been a “delivery” or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment when you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the products. This will be accredited with a signature indicating receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be sent to the office of our courier company nearest to your address. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and what to do to have it delivered to you again. If you are not going to be at the delivery address at the agreed time, we would ask you to contact the courier.
Please bear in mind that storing and shipping your product(s) again could result in additional cost.
The price of the products will be that stipulated on our website at all times, unless there is a clear error. Although we try to make sure that all the prices appearing on the page are correct, mistakes can occur. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the chance to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do not manage to contact you, the order will be considered to be cancelled and you will be refunded any sums you may have paid in full.
The website prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total sum due, as set out in our Purchasing Guide.
Prices may change at any time, but (except for the above points) changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.
When you have done your shopping and added all the items you want to buy to your bag, the next step will be processing the order and making payment. To do this:
1. Click the “My cart” button at the top of the page.
2. Click the “Proceed the checkout” button.
3. Fill in or check the contact information, your order details, the address to which you want the order sent and the address to which the invoice will have to be sent.
4. Choose the payment method you wish to use to make the purchase (credit card , transfer or PayPal) and enter the corresponding information.
5. Accept the “Terms and conditions”.
6. Click “Confirm purchase”.
You can pay by Visa card, transfer or PayPal. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your credit card data will be coded. Payment must be authorised when the order is processed. The total order amount will be charged at the moment you confirm your order and access the payment gateway associated with your bank.
When you click “Authorise payment”, you are confirming that the credit card is yours.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing institutions but we accept no responsibility for any delay or failure to deliver if the institution does not authorise payment, and we will not be able to conclude any contracts with you.
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made via the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of delivery.
Concerning sales to other member States of the European Union, in accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales, deliveries will be understood to be located and taxed in Spain when the recipient is an individual established in another member State. When the recipient is a business or a self-employed person, making the purchase for the exercise of their economic activity and providing a tax identification/VAT number issued to them by the tax authorities of another member State, the delivery will be made and taxed in the destination country.
In orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the applicable regulations in each place.
In cases when you consider, at the time of delivery, that the product does not match the stipulations in the Contract, you must contact us immediately using our contact form, giving details of the product and the damage it has suffered, or telephone +34 618 792 977.
The sums paid for products returned due to genuine faults or defects will be fully refunded, including the shipping costs incurred in delivering the item to you and the costs you have incurred in returning it to us. The return will be made using the same method as the payment. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the card used to pay for the purchase.
By providing photographs by e-mail or through social network profiles (via public comments, private messages or hashtags, tags and derivatives containing the YOUR JOY brand name) the User authorises and, therefore, expressly transfers to YOUR JOY, the content provided to be reproduced, distributed and publicly communicated on the website and social profiles, as well as to be exploited on other media in the fashion and trends sector for an unlimited time.
Any user supplying content in breach of the applicable laws will bear exclusive liability for any damages and consequences deriving from this, while YOUR JOY will remain free of any liability.

There is a series of simple care procedures which will extend the life of your jewellery. For example, we suggest that you remove your jewellery before any activities that might damage it, such as sport or exercise. Try to avoid contact between your jewellery and cosmetic or domestic cleaning products that contain ingredients which could damage the colour of your pieces of jewellery.
To clean your jewellery, submerge it in warm water with soap for a few minutes. Make sure you use neutral pH soap. Rub it carefully with a soft toothbrush. Rinse it delicately with warm water and then dry it with a chamois leather, a soft cloth or a hairdryer. Check the catches regularly.
Do not expose jewellery to sudden changes of temperature. To keep YOUR JOY products properly, it is preferable to store them individually in their original cases, as these are developed to protect your jewellery. If you choose a jewellery box, try to put it in a compartment separated from other pieces. Try to make sure chains are closed and placed flat, to prevent knots forming.
